Returns Policy

1. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on digital downloads.

  • Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@onceandfuturehomestead.com with your order details.

2. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please place a new order.

3. Refund Processing Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Affiliate Disclosure

Ethical Production & Material Sourcing Policy

At The Once and Future Homestead, we are deeply committed to ethical practices in every stage of our production process. We do not support or engage in the use of materials or products that result from unfair labor practices, including child labor or exploitation of workers. We carefully source our materials and partner only with suppliers who uphold fair, humane, and safe working conditions.

Our products are made using the best possible materials, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and integrity. Our fabrics are 100% cotton, ensuring quality, comfort, and eco-friendliness. Nearly all of our goods are proudly made in the USA, supporting domestic craftsmanship and reducing our environmental footprint.

This commitment reflects our values of honesty, transparency, and respect—for people, for the planet, and for the families who use our products.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery orders are printed with our standard print and processing time. 

  • Domestic (US) Delivery: Standard Delivery orders from within the United States are shipped via UPS Mail Innovations or UPS Ground* and typically take between 1 - 2 weeks to deliver. UPS Mail Innovations can be tracked on either the UPS website or the USPS website. 

*  Orders weighing over 4 pounds will ship by UPS Ground and UPS Worldwide Expedited respectively.

Guaranteed Delivery

A Guaranteed order ships out no more than 5 business days after it has been placed. The delivery date for these orders will be shared on the “Shipping Details” page of the checkout process. 

  • Domestic (US) Guaranteed:Orders are shipped via UPS to arrive in 2 business days. Delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes. We cannot upgrade services to overnight or use your personal UPS account details.

IMPORTANT: The cost for this Guaranteed Delivery includes quicker print times and expedited delivery service.

Rush Delivery

Rush Delivery is our fastest service. A Rush order ships out no more than 2 business days after it has been placed. The delivery date for these orders will be shared on the “Shipping Details” page of the checkout process. 

  • Domestic (US) Rush: Orders are shipped by UPS to arrive in two business days. We are not able to offer Rush delivery to PO Boxes, nor can we upgrade services to overnight or use your personal UPS account details.

Shipping Holidays

The following American holidays will be recognized company wide. Some standard and all expedited shipments will not be processed on these dates. Promised delivery dates for Guaranteed and Rush orders will be adjusted and correctly displayed within your shopping cart at the time of checkout to include these holidays.
